Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@sphaeradecor.co.uk and we will process the claim.

Returns Policy

At Sphaera Decor, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our returns policy below, which applies to all orders placed through sphaeradecor.co.uk.


1. Returns Eligibility

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.

  • Include all original parts, instructions, and accessories.

  • Be returned in a condition suitable for resale.

Please note that due to the nature of furniture and home décor, made-to-order, custom, or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via our Contact Us page or email returns@sphaeradecor.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not return any goods directly to the manufacturer or supplier unless advised.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is unwanted or ordered in error, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return cost or arrange a replacement at no extra charge.

We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure your return arrives safely.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may be subject to:

  • A deduction for any loss in value if the item was handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

  • Original delivery charges (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).


5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos to assess the issue before arranging a replacement, repair, or refund.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order once your refund has been processed.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you may still return it under the terms of this policy.
