At Sphaera Decor, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make things right.
We comply fully with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we also go beyond them by offering an extended returns period for your peace of mind.
1. Your Legal Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it — for any reason.
To exercise this right:

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.

Once we receive the return, we’ll issue a full refund, including the standard delivery charge (if applicable).
2. Our Extended Returns Policy (30 Days Total)
In addition to your legal rights, Sphaera Decor offers an extended 30-day returns window for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
This extension allows you extra time to ensure your purchase fits perfectly into your home.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Custom-made or personalised items
-
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Opened hygiene-related products (e.g. towels, bath accessories)
If unsure, please contact our support team before sending a return.
4. How to Return an Item
To start a return:

Email returns@sphaeradecor.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Our team will confirm the return address.

Pack your item securely and send it using a tracked postal service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval and process your refund.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note:

Original shipping costs are refunded only if you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period or if the item was faulty.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

Contact us within 2 days of delivery at returns@sphaeradecor.co.uk

Include your order number and photos showing the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, simply follow the return process above and place a new order for your preferred item.
